Return Policy

Welcome to our return policy. We understand that not every purchase meets expectations. Therefore, we offer the option to return products under certain conditions. Please read this policy carefully, as agreeing to our terms at the time of purchase is binding, and no exceptions will be made.

How to Return

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the item within 30 days of receipt. To initiate your return, please follow these steps:

Return Request: Please request a return form from our customer service by sending an email to Support@charlesandcobags.com. Please clearly state your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Conditions

To successfully return your products, please note the following conditions:

  • Return Period: Products can be returned up to 30 days after receipt. Returns after this period will not be accepted.
  • Condition of the Product: The product must be in the same condition as you received it: unused and in its original packaging. Hygiene products such as bikinis, lingerie, and underwear are excluded from returns.
  • Return at Your Own Risk: The return process is at your own risk. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of products during the return shipping process. Our company is not liable for the loss or retention of packages by customs during the return process.
  • Track & Trace: A Track & Trace code is required for all returns. Please provide us with this code so we can track your package. Without this code, we cannot track the shipment, and your right to a refund will be forfeited.
  • Pre-Approval: Please ensure that your return is pre-approved by our customer service team. Shipments without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting your return at our warehouse, you will receive an email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 30 days and credited to your original payment method.

If you have not received a refund after 30 days, we recommend checking your bank account again. Please contact us if you still have not received the refund.

Costs

  • Return Costs: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. For your safety, we recommend using a shipping method with Track & Trace. The return should be sent to our central warehouse in China, with costs starting at €20.

Note:

All returns should be sent at the customer's expense to our central warehouse in China. Returns without prior approval or fulfillment of the above conditions will not be accepted.
