Processing:

Once an order has been placed, we require 1-3 business days for processing. During the week, it takes one business day, but if you order on a Friday evening or over the weekend, it may take a little longer.

Delivery Times: Once your order is processed, it will be shipped. The delivery time is an average of 5-12 business days.

Order Cancellation: After you have placed an order, it is immediately processed by our automated systems and prepared for shipping. Therefore, it is important that you inform us of any cancellation requests within 12 hours of placing the order. In most cases, we can still process the cancellation, but please note that we cannot guarantee this if the order has already been processed.

Costs:

We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge. There is also no minimum order quantity.
